Very nice and accommodating florist! We do not live in the area, but they were more than helpful getting us a small arrangement for a new HS grad...over the phone! So awesome to have real customer service, with a real brick and mortar business still around. Thank you guys!! Yes there are a lot of exclamation marks!

I live out of state now, but used to live in Chico and yet I'd never ordered flowers from them before. This place is wonderful and accommodating, the flowers are absolutely gorgeous and lush, and it was delivered the same day! It was quick and easy to order over the phone after looking at their site, which is a blessing since I had a few questions prior to ordering!

Have used Chico Florist several times and they always do great work. I asked for "nicer" flowers rather than "more" flowers. They made an absolutely beautiful vase arrangement and delivered them for a birthday. SO happy with their choice of flowers and good taste in arranging them. Everyone in my daughter's office is jealous!
