I felt like the person behind the counter was perhaps a little uninterrested in his customers on that particular day....it could be he was preoccupied with other matters. Regardless I purchased my bale of straw and went on my way.... I enjoyed the general layout of the store however the product selection seemed limited.

Staff did not greet or even ask if I needed help looking for anything and I was the only one in the store and there two of them. Blank stare when I said I would be back later so I decided not to go back. Maybe some customer service training is in order.

I love this store! They are very helpful and always kind to me. They sell quality dog food & great treats my dogs love as well as shot you need for puppies & kittens so you can do them yourself.. I've also noticed they have stuff for horses, & other ani.als, although I don't shop for any of that, I only have dogs. I do notice they have many, other things for other animals .. One of the men there, I thought he was the owner, but idk for sure. Regardless he's always there & he seems kinda quiet, but he's very knowledgeable & I really appreciate his input. He has never given me bad information or lead me astray in the 7 years I've known about this store, I've always appreciated his help..
