The only arrangement in advance I am aware of is for groups. Groups are not allowed on mondays and there must be a 6:1 child to adult ratio.

Doubtful. Their tickets come in the form of stickers you wear on your shirt. Even if you paid in advance, you'd still have to stand in the same line to get stickers.
