I had balloons inflated on Friday and deflated 3 days later, the balloons on floor were floating at ceiling on Friday, 3 days later they were on the floor, you just can’t get quality for what you pay for these days. I was told by staff there my balloons should stay inflated for only 6 hours, I have had multiple balloons in lifetime last 3-4 months inflated. Staff friendly and helpful but quality product lacking!

Poor customer service, not friendly and actually seemed bothered to help. I was in there one evening and it was not busy at all. I went to the wrong counter by accident (balloon area) and manager was there and he had just helped another person but said nothing to me while I was standing there and he walked away. Another employee told me to go cash out at the other register which I did. Stood in line forever with one person in front of me while other employees were standing around chatting. No one offered to help me and when I finally got to check out the girl didn't even greet me, seemed bothered to have to ring up my order. I will not go back! Train your people and train your manager how properly help and greet customers.

Everything went well on my first visit back. except I came back in for a few balloons too get inflated for my baby girls birthday. A manager whom was a female name begin with k. rudely stated with out a receipt I could not get the service. I understand the statement but the way in which it was said was very rude. I felt uncomfortable and had to leave. Garner store helped me out much better. I love this store but customer service was not.

The store is OK. A bit old and outdated, but well stocked. They even had helium during the helium shortage. Overall a good experience, though the location inside and out is a little rundown. Helpful staff.
