As a single female I always feel like a shop is trying to over charge me when I go in for serive. This is one of the few times I felt like they weren't trying to do that. I'm from out of town and needed my car fixed quickly. After speaking with Tom and the rest of the service department I really felt like they were trying to help me get home safely.

Not much of a market due to part and service availability. Although they are doing better with reputation currently people just don't know enough about the product to draw retail prices.
