Don’t expect a call back or an email. I certainly didn’t get one after promised. There is no way I’m dealing with these people ever again.

My company has been in business for 15 years, and I can't imagine where I would be without Edge Digital. Their SEO service gets me amazing Google placement in all the major markets of NC, especially Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, and even the coast. Best of all, their communication and personal service reminds me of the days when service was still a thing.

When you decide to open your own business, one of the first things that comes to mind is what am I going to do for a website? Initially, I knew what company I was going to use for my marketing campaign and that was about it. During the first meeting I had with my digital marketer, one of the first things he told me was I am going to set you up with Eric and Kim at Edge Digital to do your website and SEO. I asked him why he would refer me to them for my website and SEO when his own company did both of those in house? His answer was simple: "they will build you a better website than we can and they are the best I have ever seen in terms of SEO." As it turns out, he could not have been more right. I absolutely love our website neogenixstemcells.com. Eric, Kim and Greg all made the process so easy. We had initial meetings to discuss the design and creative content and they finished the site before the timeline we discussed, keeping me in the loop during the entire process. Once the site was complete, they don't just send you on your way. We are in constant contact to keep the site fresh with updated content based on the demands of my business. In terms of SEO, they have kept all of their promises from day 1. The regenerative medicine market is pretty competitive in the Charlotte region. They told me within 6 weeks we would be on page 1 with most of our relevant reaches and we were. Our business has been open for about 6 months now and we are in the top 3-5 for most relevant keyword organic searches. Our GMB is in the top 3 for almost all relevant keyword searches, even ranking #1 on many of them. We can't wait to be #1 in all searches and I have no doubt in my mind we will be. Our business started to really take off at the 4-5 month mark (despite COVID-19 hitting during our second month of business) and we owe a lot of that to the behind the scenes work or Edge Digital. The best thing I can tell you about them is they are straight forward honest people. I trust every piece of advice they give me because I truly believe they have the best interest of my business in mind. Edge Digital does amazing work at an extremely reasonable price. They have certainly lived up to the hype.

I want to thank Edge Digital team for walking me through our website development from conception to a final product that is pleasing aesthetically and functionally. I am also grateful for their work on our digital marketing campaign. I was very impressed with Kim's communication throughout the process, the team's professionalism and attitude. As a novice, they helped me think through several ideas and educated me in the process. I must say they exceeded expectations!

A list of all the accounts you have that control your business is the one piece of paper that can save you hours of frustration when working with a third-party marketing agency. That list should include your domain name, website host, Google Analytics, YouTube channel, and social media profiles. Access is one of the biggest holdups that we run into when starting to work with a new company.
Since SEO is broken down into tons of other sub-strategies, it’s nearly impossible to see results right away. It takes Google time to determine things like: -The relevance of your page to a user's search -What search intent your page caters to -How reliable and trustworthy your information is -If your keywords are used in legitimate contexts -What the images on your site are -How long it takes for your page to load -How many backlinks you have on your page All of this information, and more, determine where you rank in search engine results pages (SERPs). That being said, Google has to crawl your site and index your content before you can rank. The length of time it takes to see organic results depends on: -Your competition -The keyword you're trying to rank for -How easily and quickly Google can index your website content All things considered, it typically takes 4-6 months to see organic traffic from SEO.
Hiring an agency provides the most data for evaluation when weighing candidates against each other, and is often the safest route to finding the best party for the job. At a 12% rate of overhead cost at the end of the year for the agency, and the in-house rate at 14.4%, the agency both works out to be more affordable, more profitable, and faster, all at the same time.
Content marketing is a strategic marketing approach focused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly-defined audience — and, ultimately, to drive profitable customer action. Instead of pitching your products or services, you are providing truly relevant and useful content to your prospects and customers to help them solve their issues. -Quality content is part of all forms of marketing: -Social media marketing: Content marketing strategy comes before your social media strategy. -SEO: Search engines reward businesses that publish quality, consistent content. -PR: Successful PR strategies address issues readers care about, not their business. -PPC: For PPC to work, you need great content behind it. -Inbound marketing: Content is key to driving inbound traffic and leads. -Content strategy: Content strategy is part of most content marketing strategies.
First, you have to decide the goal of your campaign. Is it to push a big sale or introduce a new product/service? Figure out where and how you’re going to promote your campaign. Social media channels differ from one another in terms of content and audiences. Once you have those figured out, create a content calendar for the week/month you want to push your promotions. After that, you just have to create the content and schedule it out on your social media platforms.

It helps convert that traffic into leads - Every blog post should have a CTA on it which will bring in more clicks and contacts! It establishes authority - The best blogs answer common questions that customers have.
Video is important for SEO because many visitors are searching for information that can easily be answered in video format. By helping visitors solve their problems, you are positioning your business as an authority, an expert, who can help them. Videos hosting YouTube are among search results. One tip is to create Q&A Videos. Start by answering these two questions: What questions do prospects ask you all the time? What objections do your sales team receive all the time?
Video is helpful for SEO because it can potentially double your brand's visibility online. SEO is about creating content to get found on the front page of search results, namely Google. Since YouTube is owned by Google, YouTube videos also have an opportunity to be served as a search result. If a page on your website is optimized for a specific phrase or keyword, and a YouTube video is also optimized, your brand will have double the chances to get a website visitor.
Local SEO is a digital strategy with the main goal of helping increase your business website visibility in your geographical area. Any business that has a physical location or serves a geographic area WILL benefit from local SEO.
