This company is fantastic! I have used them several times in the past at their Durham and Raleigh locations and I have never been disappointed. Most recently Joe at the Raleigh location did some upgrades for me on my HP laptop and the before and after difference is like night and day. I am extremely pleased with their service and the price and wait time were much more than reasonable. Keep up the great worked because Intrex is needed and appreciated.

needed a great deal of work. I worked with Joe throughout this process and he was the most intelligent person I ever worked with. Not only did he completely fix my MacBook he updated all my software and even taught a great deal about my MacBook I never even knew. Unfortunately, I ended up in the Hospital for over a month and they worked with me and had no problem helping throughout my Hospital ordeal. I'll say one thing whenever I have any other computer issues, I know Joe will assist me with anything I will need. Thanks again Joe, and everyone at Intrex. Truly one of kind computer rock stars. Excellent business to deal with. I have been a customer for years and won't go anywhere else for my computer needs. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly even when I'm not in the best mood. There may be other places with slightly better prices, but I'm more focused on technical ability and reliable customer service. This is the place to go when you need the job done right.
