I came to him with an issue and told him what it was. I've told other repair services before what I thought the issue was and they had belittled me and flexed their superior knowledge. He was very kind and had asked me why I thought so. He proceeded to show me the problem, and had it working the same day. Next day, I had a similar issue and brought it back. He fixed it same day again. The next day I had another issue and he fixed it same day. All issues were back to back and the service and price was just as good as the previous days. I would highly recommend for computer repair!

I somehow managed to trip on my power charger for my laptop which ended up disconnecting the wires from the DC jack port inside of my laptop. Basically my computer was fine but would not charge until that replacement part would come in about 5 days. The job seemed to be relatively simple, maybe a little soldering and electrical tape, nothing I would be comfortable doing myself but I was sure a professional would be a cake walk. It was a Saturday at 1pm I figured I would be able to find someone with relative ease. I really needed to be able to use my computer for work and pleasure so I searched online by distance for a computer/phone repair shop. Everyone I had called were either closed, didn't answer the phone or "their soldering guy wouldn't be back into the office till Monday/Tuesday" Sorted by distance and had called about 12 different stores, this location was about 35 minutes from where I lived but I was pretty desperate. I finally called Undead Electronics and talked to the owner there who was very friendly and was unsure if he would be able to help but still invited me to come in before they closed and he would have a look and see what he could do. I drove over and even though he was very busy took the time to look at the part, explain me his concerns for dealing with electrical parts and soldering. Even then he was still able to do all of this and fix the part confirmed it worked all within 30 minutes. It's always great to meet someone who is very good at their job but also very accommodating and friendly. I know who I will be returning to with any future repairs! 10/10 would recommend!

100% would RECOMMEND Undead Electronics to ANYONE who is having computer issues! I will NEVER go to another computer repair company as long as this one is kicking! Here's my story - Back in late 2020 my desktop decided it would no longer boot up. My wife and I had all of our wedding photos/videos on this PC among other things. After several weeks of being unsuccesful to get it working myself, I had a computer repair company try and determine the issue (they kept my PC for several months). The company finally finished "researching the issue" and claimed it was the graphics card. They didn't have any spare GPU's and said I would need to buy it myself. So after being charged for their "time" and "research", I purchased and installed a brand new GPU. Well guess what? The PC still wouldn't boot... I figured at this point if a computer repair company couldn't figure it out, it's probably a lost cause. Now in 2022 (After a year of deciding what I should do), I took my PC to Undead Electronics. Best decision of my life!!! Not only is the owner super knowledgeable on computers/hardware, he diagnosed my problem right on the spot. Turns out it was a faulty SSD... not a GPU! He only took 2 hours to switch out the parts/make sure everything else was running smooth (since it had been almost 2 years dead at this point). My PC is now back up and running better than ever. I said it once, but I'll say it again... If you EVER have any questions or need assistance with your computer/laptop, I would highly recommend you check out this place first!

I’ve been a customer for six years and have always been happy with the service they provided. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and when there aren’t a lot of other people in line, he will often diagnose your problem on the spot. (Of course that is not possible with every issue). I strongly recommend bringing your laptop here if you are having trouble with it.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately we are short staffed and doing only computers currently.

I would like to know if you can analyze my Macbook Pro 13 Retina A1502, with some components of the Logic Board possibly burned, could you check?

Call them and get a quote. Depends on what needs repair. Bullet holes would be more expensive than most other repairs.
