33% of your income is such a great rent. Why do you think, I'm still waiting, almost 6 years now. I've have gotton certified in many different areas, while I've been waiting.... I'm all set to work, I just have to kno where they will put me....... Once I'm in an apartment, I plan going back to work more than part time. But your rent will always be 33%of what you make. That's what EVERYONE is willing to wait.......FOR YEARS.......
