After touring around 10 different apartments in the area, this was the nicest by far! I toured with Kelly Knox and ended up signing a lease (would 100% recommend reaching out to her if you are looking at touring/leasing!). She was extremely helpful and knew every residents name that we passed which further showed me how nice the staff was and how they connected with the residents. Additionally, on top of the friendly staff and great amenities, the location is perfect! It is super close to the red line, is connected to multiple restaurants, and is right next to an orange theory fitness. Overall, I have had a great experience thus far and would recommend living in this apartment complex!

My fiancé and I called WoC home for two years and had a great experience. The staff in the leasing office and maintenance have been wonderful, especially Lisa who made the process moving in and moving out painless, and was just always wonderful to have a conversation with. Location wise WoC is fantastic as Quincy is blowing up with great restaurants with impressive Boston names associated. Being situated so close to the T to get downtown, and to the highway to head further out, makes getting in and out easy. The management did a great job of building community with events, and and not being from the area, that made making friends much easier. Also huge perk: the floors do not scratch easily! 4 stars because it is indeed rather pricey, and the parking situation is not ideal, but over all we had a great experience living here. Thanks to all the WoC staff!

After moving in a month ago I have nothing but great things to say about living at WOC. The management staff is great. Lisa made the entire process so easy from day one. She continues to help me out no matter what questions I throw at her. The facility is great and always kept clean. Everything from the large gym, indoor and outdoor common areas are one of a kind. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a upscale building with an affordable price.
