Several months ago I walked into the Quincy Housing Authority to see and experience new people working there. It was a pleasant surprise and the staff was very professional and efficient. Whoever made changes did a great thing. Thank you.

Most places keep rent reasonable but it depends on a town in the person some lowlife scum ball because you have a vulture raise their rent on the sneak tip.
