I personally would call them first...but call the Social security administration...not your local office and let them know that you have not received it yet and then go from there.

You need to take his Medicaid card or a school record that has been wet signed by the school or a medical record from the doctors office that is less than 2 years old and have that signed along with your driver's license or I'd that is not expired
