In Greensboro..Yes ...when you get there a lady comes out ask you to write tour contact info down and she calls you to set up your appointment easier than calling and waiting like 45min or more to make the appointment.

If you were born in the u.s. yes. If not, you need to get an I 20 and have your 194 and your passport stamped for a student by DHS. Without that, you won't be able to get one.

Go to the courthouse in the county where you were born. You can go to the vital statistics in that state and order one. Just read the instructions really well because if you miss something you won't get your money back and you won't get the birth certificate.

To actually file for disability, we need to know if the person has been working, are they eligible to get the benefits if they get approved. A valid driver's license ,and I took my marriage certificate to be on the safe side glad I did because I didn't have the answers in my head .they ask when you where married ,what date ,what city and all that stuff . I don't think it's required but it helped me out alot

I my self had trouble trying the online application .they keep asking me questions that were not relevant to me . Such as multiple choice questions and none of them were a opinion in my case . You might have better luck it's worth a try .you need to take a Photo ID with your address on it ,your checking account and routing number and I took my marriage certificate . If your successful doing it on line .you will have to scan all your info and send it to them .My husband did his on line and had no trouble .his questions all lined up .He went with me and said it was less of a hassle at this SS office than it was for him to do it on line
