Zac Johnson was dead on in his concept of what the dealer did to get you into a vehicle. They definitely have to refund your money at the turn back in. CHECK AROUND... SOME LENDER WILL APPROVE YOU FOR AN AUTO LOAN.
What this is... that they did what's called a spot delivery. They let you go ahead and take "delivery" of said vehicle on the premise that your information will be able to get approved by an otherwise closed lender or bank. When that bank disagrees with that decision, this is what you have. However the 2000 is yours! Also it is unfortunate when it occurs
All these area Dodge dealers are really shady in the finance areas. They added all kinds of crap to my loan and acted likenit was a Dodge incentive when actually they were adding thousands to my loan
