I’ve always liked getting my service done at Spartanburg Toyota! Everyone is always friendly. They have a nice waiting area and a little cafe, for while you are waiting. But, I had never actually bought a vehicle from them, until today. I met Jessica a few months back and she has worked with me on financing and finding the perfect vehicle several times.. She is the greatest car salesperson that I have ever met. She is compassionate and caring , and will do anything she can to help you find your perfect car. She went above and beyond for me and I’m very grateful to her. She never once tried to push anything on me, like some car salespeople do. I would highly recommend anyone who is car shopping, go see Jessica at Spartanburg Toyota. She’ll treat you right!!!!

I don’t even know where to begin my review about Bill. I’ve always been weary about salesman but Bill is not a salesman, he makes you feel like a friend. I felt no pressure at all and he sat with me until I felt like I made the best decision for me. He is passionate, kind, informative, professional, attentive, understanding and genuine. We had the best experience at Toyota of Spartanburg! Justin was so kind and knowledgeable, he made the process so easy. My husband and I drove on their lot looking for one specific vehicle, a Toyota 4Runner. After talking with Justin through all its features we knew it was the perfect fit for us. Also, the manger Matt was incredible. We also worked with Endy to get our financing set up. They both answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we understood every detail.
