Kohl’s is a very nice place. It is like a smaller Walmart and very clean and nice. They have very great and awesome employees who are really helpful. You can buy clothes, toys, jewelry, luggage, and also kitchen accessories. I love to go into the store and just browse for things I never knew I needed.

Excellent service, clean, air conditioned perfectly, and always aesthetically pleasing; even when they’re managing their floor inventory (i.e. resets, changes to the fashions and seasons etc.) I’d like to give a special shout-out to my new friend Kim - Kohl’s & Amazon’s return specialist - and the 5-Star service Kim while returning packages my wife delegated to me with no paperwork (yes, I’m old -58yo). Thanks to Kim I had a 5-Star experience today ✨💫🌟🙂

Purchased some for rugs from Kohl's in March. Washed them this week and the design washer out. We followed the washing instructions exactly. Went to return them yesterday and they could not pull up the SKU numbers for a return. We returned within the 60 day period as per their return policy. They would not refund the account due to no SKU numbers but used a merchandise credit. Trouble is, we don't want to shop there anymore. Each experience at Kohl's gets worse. First, they removed the kiosk for orders from the store. Then they say you get free shipping only if you use their app. It's like they don't want people in their store. Bye Kohl's.

It's hard for me to shop at Kohl's because I can never figure out what things actually cost. I found some Arizona pocket t-shirts on sale and thought I'd get a couple to wear around the house. The sign said $3.49 each so I picked up two different colors in the same size. When I checked out, one cost $3.59 and the other cost $2.39. Why??? Yes, I enjoyed saving a little more - but please, just tell me the REAL price before I get to the cashier.
