This place is not Clean. What little inventory they have is covered in dust. What they have on the shelves is mostly display. Don't waste your time on this place, just buy your wares onine. The rest of the world has moved on from outlets like this. It should be boarded up soon with the rest of that mall. I say good riddance

Bed Bath & Beyond at WestGate Mall in Spartanburg is a great place to go for quality home items at a good price. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you find everything that you need.

I called to see if they had a mixing bowl I was looking for. The sale associate was nice to look for the bowl that I needed. Which she told me they did have it . So I did went store to get it . The store is nice and clean . I really appreciate the sale associate taking the time see if they had the bowl that is needed.

Had a disappointing experience today. Bought a couple items, really wanted to buy a mat for my kitchen floor. It was clearly marked $19.99, however it rang up $25. The cashier was told there was nothing she could do because some items now have different prices than was marked..... Ridiculous! Needless to say, I did not buy the floor mat. It's the principle of the situation. Even though it rang up the $25, it still should have been the price marked on the product, all the floor mats had the price of $19. Deceiving for a company to do this.
