If you have Kohl's merchandise card can you trade it in for money or do you have to get clothes if you don't see anything that you want what do you do

Have to use it to get clothes... It's a marketing scheme to get you to come back to the store and hopefully spend more money.

You cannot trade it in for money. This is their way of getting your business and getting you to spend your money not to give you money
