The manager Skyler is disgusting, very nasty and rude! Terrible customer service, would not allow me to exchange a t shirt for the right size, would not allow me to return anything even though I had my receipt! I went to a different hot topic and they were very kind and helped me with everything. I don't recommend this hot topic at all! Very rude staff especially their manager. They need to get a new manager with actual people skills because Skyler is lacking everything. Overall dissatisfied with their service and will never be going back to this specific hot topic.

HORRIBLE customer service.... Came here this morning after the mall opened to spend a few hundred at least and zero greeting with my son and I walking in, no help with anything... The two workers spent more time talking with 2 walk in customers who seemed to not buy anything and the one worker was talking about working at game stop or whatever, this is just what we overheard when trying to shop.... So just grabbed some venom socks my son couldn't leave without and then walked up to the counter and one lady said no come over around to this other side, then she leaves and let's the other lady to help us and she was more about talking to the people not spending money..... DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT

today i went to hot topic and decided to purchase bracelets with my friend and leave. we were waiting in line (and by the way the line was really slow even though customers barely had few things they were purchasing) and i noticed why it was taking so long. the only worker at the register was asking for peoples phone numbers even after the customers said that they didn’t have one(and clearly weren’t even interested in giving it to her for any reason.) the worker was very passive aggressive when she was asking for the phone numbers as well. so when i went up to the register, she asked for my phone number. at first i said “i don’t have a phone number” hoping she wouldn’t ask again. but of course, in the same passive aggressive voice she used with other customers, she said “um okay. but what’s your phone number”. and in a way, it seemed like she was trying to make me feel stupid. and she also didn’t even tell me the reason i needed to give her my phone number so badly. i took a long pause after that to see if she would notice that shes being a real nuisance, but she persisted to stare at me. i gave her my phone number and left at the end, because i wasn’t trying to cause trouble and didn’t want to spend too much time in the store when i just wanted a single item. worker description:pretty short brown hair, white, was working on march 18th around 12pm. this is the worst hot topic experience i’ve ever had.

Picked up a couple of Sailor Moon T-shirts for our daughter. Had plenty of other shirts and other items. Good supply, get 'em while they last. Discounted also, even better deal.

I don't see why not the staff in the store are very open minded
They usually do. Stock rotates based on current pop culture.
