Customer service is awful! Paid cash for purchase and seen something else better, hadn’t even left store yet so wanted to exchange purchase and was told No because we paid cash! James was so rude wouldn’t give me mangers name or number. Told me his name if that was even true.

Haven't been to the mall in a hot minute, decided to check out Spencer's again even tho Westgate Mall is literally DYING. More than half the stores empty. Wandered around Spencer's found some t-shirts & jewelry. When I went to check out I was looking at the pins by the register & I grabbed one to add to my purchase. The cashier says ARE YOU DONE in the worst tone of voice. Like I am just browsing while you ring me up, no need to be rude! You've got all these items by the checkouts, do you want me to convenience buy it not? No wonder these stores are dying with such rude staff!
