I arrived to look into a car. They lost the key. How do you lose a key? This shows the type of service behind the scenes and corners cut. So unprofessional. And they said they would call me back once they found it. Never received a call. We never discussed payment and I never even looked at the car besides when I pulled in. A simple phone call saying we aren't interested in selling it to you would have been something. Says volumes about the all three of the employees I delt with and the type of service they give to customers.
