I just wanted to take the time out to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your company wasn’t my first choice of purchase for my birthday attire. The dress I originally ordered wouldn’t make it back in time. While on Instagram the company appeared on my newsfeed and I clicked to check out the dresses. I logged into Facebook messenger to contact the store during their hours of operation. I was quickly greeted by Porsha ( I think that was her name) she answered my questions & even asked me to call the store phone to further speak with me. She suggested express shipping in order to have my item delivered before Saturday. She also followed up by asking me to call on Monday to make sure the item was sent out. When the dress arrived I was excited. The dress fit me perfectly & turned out amazing. I got a lot of compliments & people wanted to know where I purchased. Thank you again for assisting me! So I am leaving this google review for others to know that this dress is everything! I was so caught up in the moment I didn’t take very many planned pics by myself! But really wanted to share as my experience even at my show room appt was nothing short of AMAZING! Side note, I bought the jumpsuit in gold and soooo looking forward to wearing it very soon! Will certainly share and take better planned photos in it! Again, I want to thank you for the amazing show stopping dress I purchased and wore for my “50.5 Birthday Sneaker Ball” (yes 50 and 6 months)! I have purchased the same dress in two different sizes and the loop to button at the neck has been too small to even button the dress properly. The first time I didn’t think it was a big deal, I returned and ordered the next one but each time I received not even a care or reassurance that it would be investigated. I was just given a coupon code for the amount of the dress and told to purchase something else from their site. Truly poor customer service and clearly quality. I wouldn’t be mad if it was a $50 dress.
