I want to give a great big thank you to Sarah a supervisor at Lowe's in Spartanburg. I had a lawn mower issue and I spoke to a girl at the Greer store who told me how I wasn't listening and they don't cover pick up and delivery when a product is still in the hands of manufacturer's warranty. She kept saying I wasn't listening I said I was listening I just thought she was wrong. The girl did double check with someone and I was trying to ask her to go back and ask that person something else and she basically told me she was done talking to me and she was hanging up. The whole time her demeanor her voice was rude like she didn't have time for this issue and my lack of understanding. I went back into Lowe's in Spartanburg and Sarah took care of everything she was a person who knew her job. She was very patient she let me complain about this employee at the Greer store she even gave me a hug. I have done customer service for over 25 years so it is very important to me. And Sarah greatly made up for this other employees lack of consideration. Thank you to all the Spartanburg employees at the return center for listening and assisting.

I agree with you about it all you have to wait 30mins.then you have to hunt for a person who says it ain't their department and the hunt is on again after about 2hrs you leave and go to home Depot
The new CEO came from Home Depot and trying to put his style of store layout in Lowe's . To me I liked Lowe's the way it was before he came on board . Now it looks just like HD inside and just a matter of time until he takes the employees away so it will be another Home Depot !
Face masks, it is not enforced, 6 feet social distance. They have dividers at registers, and hand sanitizer & masks available

Honestly I wouldn't recommend getting anything from this store. They are beyond a joke. You never can find anyone to help you. They have no idea what they are doing in there an they all have this smart a** attitude anything you ask for help. My advice to you would be to order what your looking for online. Put Lowe's out of business or hire all robots instead of humans their.
