I shop at the Living Space Outlet in Perris on a regular basis because they are always getting new things, quality of their furniture is good, prices are reasonable and everyone is helpful and friendly. This past year I had four homes to furnish and thankfully with the help of Anna, Joey, and Jessica they all look great. Another big PLUS is they deliver quick and it’s always been an exceptionally good experience with the delivery drivers. They make my job easier and thats really appreciated!

We’ve been here twice now. Once for a bed for my mother in law and now we went back for living room furniture. The ladies there were so very nice, no high pressure sales and they had knowledge about all the furniture. We were there for a couple hours and had come from another living spaces store where we had purchased a custom couch and chair. We checked here on our way home and actually found EXACTLY what we were looking for, canceled the customs order, spent $1000 less and will have it in 2 days instead of a month. Highly recommend checking them out!

Great staff....look for the as-is tags for the floor models to get the discounts. If it's in the warehouse you can take it home before 730pm. Don't expect to barter its a store not a flea market and bring plastic they don't accept cash

Staff was extremely helpful without being in our faces. They let us browse around but knew when we had questions. Jennifer was very knowledgable about what was in stock and what wasn't and helped us configure a set that would work for us and not leave us waiting 3 months for delivery.

Yes, we take away old mattresses at no extra charge. (We do not remove bed frames) When you complete your purchase online, there is a section for "Special Delivery Instructions" on the shipping address page. Just let us know you'd like to have your mattress removed in that section. Please note, stained or soiled mattresses are not eligible.
Unfortunately, no. None of our bed frames come with the mattress, this includes our trundle beds. Mattresses are sold separately. If you are interested in purchasing a mattress and foundation, please visit our Revive Center.
Products purchased at the Perris Outlet Center are available for delivery. However, same day delivery purchases made at the Perris Outlet Center will actually be delivered through our Rialto Distribution Center, not through this location. Only purchases made at the Perris Outlet Center are available for same day pickup.

Yes, when our delivery personnel arrive they will deliver items into your home and assemble everything for you. However, they do not touch existing furniture and are unable to assist in the moving around of furniture already in an individual’s home.
Living Spaces Furniture (LSF) accepts returns within seven (7) days of your receipt of an item, excluding bedding products. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee on all regular stock furniture returns. Returns on Special Order items are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect only. Special Order returns due to customer preference, no-fits or any other reason are not accepted. LSF does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter sets, or other bedding products. LSF does not charge a restock fee on accessories such as area rugs, lamps, wall art, silk trees, florals, and table and ledge accessories. LSF reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. Assembly is free if you choose our delivery option. Please note when choosing our pickup option, you will need to assemble your items at home, if assembly is required.
Unfortunately, that isn't currently an option. The only items that are eligible for removal are mattresses and foundations. These items can be removed with the purchase of a mattress or foundation.
