This is the best dealership in the upstate. The nicest and kindest employees that treat you with respect and dignity. They treat your vehicle like it's their own and always come out and greet you with a nice smile upon your arrival. Easy to get appointments when needed. Charles and Omar are "amazing" employees and always are anxious to assist and please their customers. I am always happy to bring my vehicle to the Benson Family. Thank you so much.

My first visit to the service center having just moved up from Florida - for a recall on checking an ABS actuator. Torrey was very nice. I needed an alignment which I knew and the price was reasonable. Waiting area very nice but the men's room was a total mess! I knew it would be a long wait but 2.5 hours later, all was done. I asked another advisor what would be due at 60,000 miles (also very nice) and he told me. Service Department: Well done! If I can find good coupons I would come back for general maintenance.

The whole process at Benson was AMAZING! My salesman Deonta was top notch! The process was smooth and done in a timely manner! I highly recommend using Benson and especially Deonta as your salesman!

I had a great experience with Benson Nissan. I recently purchased a used Frontier and worked with Alex Hind. He was very straightforward and to the point when it came to both the truck, it’s condition, and the buying process. I would highly recommend working with him. After buying the truck I took it to in for an independent inspection just for piece of mind, it came back clean and just as Benson described.

I came in on friday May 8,2020 to buy a 2012 Toyota Camry. I had to put $10 in gas tank to test drive. Came back May 9,2020 I got the car still no gas. The car was clean on the outside not the inside. It's this normal service? Hope not

I just bought a car from them on 5.7.2020 and had the same experience. He told me he was going to fill it up, it was on half of a tank when I left. Also the outside was clean, the back seat was still dirty. Also my brother checked under the hood today just to check it out and my coolant is low. I honestly expect better service when spending that amount of money. I wasn't impressed. Probably would not recomend.

They contract it out to find out you have to call and ask. With out authorization to release any thing to you they won't even if you know which lot has it. Most likely it will be in another County.

I think it's B.S. that I bought the car here and they chose the car for me just to get it out of the lot and it hasn't been a year and they told me it doesn't have warranty because when I bought it , it had high mileage on it. I didn't picked the car

Hay Marina,buy chance when you bought this car,did you get the full car coverage, cause if you did you can take it back to the place you got it no other but that place will honor it .get your papers out and read to see what coverage you have.I have everything cause I could not afford to pay for a break down.I will say call them and talk to Mis. Michael at the used car dept.she can pull you. Up and tell you what you need to know.they are good people and a good Dealer. Ship cause trust me they want you happy and riding.
