My first visit to the service center having just moved up from Florida - for a recall on checking an ABS actuator. Torrey was very nice. I needed an alignment which I knew and the price was reasonable. Waiting area very nice but the men's room was a total mess! I knew it would be a long wait but 2.5 hours later, all was done. I asked another advisor what would be due at 60,000 miles (also very nice) and he told me. Service Department: Well done! If I can find good coupons I would come back for general maintenance.

I just bought a car from them on 5.7.2020 and had the same experience. He told me he was going to fill it up, it was on half of a tank when I left. Also the outside was clean, the back seat was still dirty. Also my brother checked under the hood today just to check it out and my coolant is low. I honestly expect better service when spending that amount of money. I wasn't impressed. Probably would not recomend.
They contract it out to find out you have to call and ask. With out authorization to release any thing to you they won't even if you know which lot has it. Most likely it will be in another County.
What's wrong with it you should have brought it back the next day why did you take it home
Hay Marina,buy chance when you bought this car,did you get the full car coverage, cause if you did you can take it back to the place you got it no other but that place will honor it .get your papers out and read to see what coverage you have.I have everything cause I could not afford to pay for a break down.I will say call them and talk to Mis. Michael at the used car dept.she can pull you. Up and tell you what you need to know.they are good people and a good Dealer. Ship cause trust me they want you happy and riding.
