How long does it take to change a power steering hose? 3.5+ hrs apparently... I see no hustle at all. No updates this is pretty awful. They say it's because the engine is hot and needs to cool down... I hope they are running fans on the car to cool it down. It's a pretty lame excuse for an operation that should take no longer than an hour. My brother replaced the whole power steering pump in less than 45mins and he doesn't work on Hondas and yes the car was hot... The dude said it will be out in a few minutes... Nearly an hour later no updates Don't come here for a quick service I'm still waiting... for this I got here at 9:40 it's 1:30 and they still not done. This is so bad and ridiculous.

I’ve had my CRV since August of 2019 and have only had it serviced at this location. They always keep me updated along the way, send me pictures of what needs replacing (but what wasn’t expected or planned with the appointment) and treat me with respect.

When I bought this car in 2019. I thought I was going to get a quality Honda vehicle by buying a Civic. Little did I know that was a bad decision, and I wish I would have backed out originally. The sales approach was, "I just spoke with my manager and I told him you were buying the car That's why we're giving you this APR" when I had made the decision originally to back out of the deal. Nonetheless, I end up buying the car because of the stress with searching and not having a vehicle. The first time buying experience was not ideal for sure. But nonetheless I made that decision to buy the car. Here we are 3 years later and the mirrors are already peeling. So disappointed in Honda really rethinking never buying one ever again. Pre-made painted plastic side mirrors that are widely defective. Car is lightly hand washed monthly sometimes every other.

I just bought a new one several months ago. I honestly don't remember. It wasnt bad but I purchased an extended warranty because I have to drive a lot for business trips to be on the safe side.
I agree, some people have fear of dogs of any shape or size. I would tell a manager that you don't feel comfortable with a dog in the waiting room while your car is being serviced. However, If the dog is a service dog, there's not much you can do except to leave and find a different area to sit. Service dogs are allowed just about anywhere and they pose no harm.

Honda has not announced any plans of a Diesel engine for any U.S. vehicle . Sorry , but I hope this helps
