That is the same time as i went 2 weeks ago. We saw dozens of manatees. Air temp was 24 that morning.......brrrrrrr. Water temp about 72. It was a fantastic trip.

Agreed, the earlier the better. Our tours the past 2 years have been at 9. The first year was mostly a dud but this year it worked out. Any later and it is getting too warm.
