This was such an amazing experience! Captain Brian was the best! So friendly and helpful! I never thought I’d get to get close enough to touch a manatee! They are so chill! Gentle giants! It took everything in me to not hug one lol! If you love sea creatures or just animals in general, definitely book with Family Adventure Charters! The staff is the best around and the captains make sure you have an incredible experience! Also, the clear water is gorgeous! We just came off the water and im still riding an endorphin high!

It was first and the best experience! We had captain Randy, very funny, positive and nice! He knows everything about manatees history. Randy found for us a great spot in the river, which had about 12 manatees, or even more:) swimming with those beautiful manatees at first was very scary, but after - interesting and enjoyable time!

We took a manatee tour with Family Adventure Charters a couple weeks ago and it was nothing short of amazing! One of the first things that drew us in was the fact that there would only be a maximum of 6 people on the boat - this was a major bonus because it wasn't too crowded and we felt like we really got the full experience. It took a little while before we found any manatees, but Captain Carlos was persistent and ended up finding a great spot. Carlos had a great personality and lots of knowledge regarding the area and the manatees. Not only was the tour fun and upbeat, but we learned a lot too. We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely take another tour with Family Adventure Charters the next time we visit Florida!

Such an amazing experience with captain Mark! We did the swimming with manatees and we got to see so many! Captain Mark helped us to find them, giving us directions from the boat. They teach us to respect the manatees and make sure that we do not chase them or cause them discomfort in any way. Great place and staff!
