My go to for all my rental needs. They have lifts trucks trailers and any equipment you may need to get the job done. Equipment is always ready to go. Staff is always on it. Great service and great people. My one and only go to for all my work equipment. Beats buying it yourself for sure.

I have meant to leave a review for months, but todays experience prompted me to do so. I have had several customer service issues with this particular store, but have continued to come back because they are convenient. No more! Never, I don’t care how far I have to drive to their competition! Stopped by today to arrange a week long rental on a high lift. As I walked in, an Employee (Evelyn) was on the computer, doing some sort of task or search. She did look up briefly to tell me she would be with me ‘as soon as she could’ That was an appreciated gesture, but having said that, she went a measured ten minutes without even making eye contact! Just as I was losing patience, the phone rang, and can you believe it? She answered the phone! She had completely ignored a customer at the counter, money in hand, to tend to at least two non-revenue activities! Only when I turned on my heel to leave did she even acknowledge me! She then made an attempt to place the phone call on hold, but the damage was done. I have been similarly treated several times in the past, and have seen other customers treated likewise. I cannot conceive of how they are receiving the “good service” reviews I read on this site! I will NEVER, under any circumstance, visit this particular store again! Enough is enough! Since when does a customer IN your store, AT the counter, wanting to do business with you, get shuffled to the back of the line in favor of POTENTIAL revenue? Not in any business training I have ever attended or conducted!
