There is a playground by the pool but as previously stated, these amenities are for residents only unless there's a big public event. Town control will occasionally check for resident ID.
There are open parks tucked away in the various neighborhoods in Celebration planned for those who live there but open to everyone. There are some with gates around them for their residents but those are few. Celebration for the most part is quiet and peaceful except during festivals when the visiting population comes in droves. It is a wonderful please to live. My family loves it.
The playground at Lakeside is only for Celebration residents. Actually every park in Celebration is private. I was once in Spring Park and there was a lady requesting to see resident IDs.
The playground is for residents. There is a splash pad for the public to use.
