Yes, the area is public. Yes, there is a great, but pricy dog treats store right by the lake. Please bring bags in case your dog feels the urge to digest the goodies. :) There are also doggy stations around the lake. Pls clean up dog after your dog. Celebration is very strict about that.

Yes it is open to the public and of course you can bring your dog, there is a pet store and they have the cutest things and yummy 😋 food and snacks for doggies!!! I love that place to walk at night 🌙
