I had been there years ago when it was first built. I was happy to see the updates on the rooms and how clean everything still was. Being a Hilton property, I expected nothing less. We were using the room as a home base while we toured the area. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils plus plenty of paper products. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great people, good food, beautiful grounds, and lots to do! Only complaint would be the walls seem a little thin since we could hear our neighbors at all hours. But since we were out doing the hotel activities it didn't bother us too much. :) I would definitely return.

Extremely pleased with my stay here. Upon arrival it was reassuring to see how thoroughly the guard gate vetted new arrivals. There was an issue on the night of my check-in with the Hilton website not sending new reservations to the hotel but the very helpful front desk agent was able to get everything sorted out in a few minutes. I booked a 1-bedroom balcony suite which was the nicest, biggest, and most well equipped hotel room I've ever stayed at. Two-person tub, two bathrooms, full kitchen and living area, and screen in balcony. It was just wonderful. Loved the huge property to walk around and the choice of 4 swimming pools and several other outdoor activities. Definitely looking forward to staying here again and I've already recommended it to several of my coworkers.

The entire property is beautiful and all year you have lil lizards and geckos all over the resort (For those not local) the vegetation is well fed and full of life as well. The Dunes pool is by far the best pool even though the terrace looks out to their ponds and fountains. I had a 1 bedroom Deluxe which came with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a dining area, and living room!! The bathroom was split with the toilet, shower, master sink, and vanity in one section then another sink and the gorgeous soak tub in another~ The staff was very polite everywhere you went as well. The only reason I'm giving four star is because I didn't pay attention to time and the presentation ended up being 5 hours long because I didn't end it and lost the chance to do Adventure Island. Not their fault but it hindered my stay for a bit~ Other than that I loved the stay!

Don't know if they are allowed, but people still bring them. I seen at least 20 different dogs there.
Hi. No, they have no option for all-inclusive in the regular sales channels.

Check-in time is usually 4pm to ensure that everything is prepared properly for your arrival. However, if you arrive early (around 3pm) and rooms are available they will do their best to accommodate you.
Two pools the closest to reception are open and overcrowded. Be ready to wait on line when calling reception or waiting in line. They are understaffed. Same applies for many places around here
No.... some rooms have garden tubs & very few others have the jacuzzi style
No, they have a slide that goes through the interior and comes out the opposite side.
There are lots of ponds and lakes on site, open to guests only, not the public, not sure if your allowed to fish
That depends on the type of bedroom. In this case, I recommend you make a reservation at a villa. This one comes with two rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. One bigger than the other. I uploaded a photo of it.
I was there the first of February and the course was opened and the cost for 18 holes was $70.00. Subject to change based on availability and season
If you are an avid golfer, you will like it there. If you aren't, there are many better choices. If you want an active family place where the pool is a mini destination of sorts within the property, you will be disappointed. We saw very few families walking about, or even at their very average "main" pool. It wasn't a bad place. It's just a giant spread out resort where the benefits didn't outweigh the location.
Prior to the current when i stayed in a room, but i am current unsure at the moment.
I saw someone walking a dog on Monday March 28th
If your plans are for a longer stay, get a car rental at the airport. Much easier, more expensive, but easier of you have a larger family.
I doubt it, as well
Great
I don't know for certain but it can't be more than around 5 years since built.
I was there for the week last week and it was phenominal. The villas are actually fully furnished one and two bedroom apt that are beautiful. The golf course is also great.
They occasionally have karaoke by the pool during the day as one of the activities.
There are a few houses that are for rent (weekly) that have private pools but none of the villas have private pools. They are all shared. There are a total of 3 or 4 pools on site.
No, this resort is heavily geared to families especially with young children.
I think it can, but there are no costs.
Yes but not of hydromassages but it is comfortable for two people
I cant see pets in the hotel, The pool zone No pets
Have no idea. You will have to ask them
The cleaning fee is for excessive trash and beyond normal wear and tear, there is no fee for a slightly dirty room
i
Yes involve the authorities. They should also have a log of who entered your room and for what.
Bldg 30 or 29 is the closest and has lifts for people with disabilities.. also it's a walk in pool..
They have grills by buildings 10 and 14,
No none of the Diamond Resorts Properties have airport shuttles. In Orlando Mears runs buses that are half price of taxi for 1 person. I am here now and using uber which is half price of taxi especially to and from airport.
Bueeeeno If you vacation three times a year or more maybe otherwise I do not think so. Investment is very high and the commitment that must be made to pay 10 years is very large. I prefer to vacation on my own and I do not owe anyone.
It depends on the time of year and how busy they are at the time. Use Google search or specialist hotels booking website to find best deals
Yes, it blew the checkout dropbox and part of the welcome sign but everything else was fixed or in the process
They have a restaurant with a bar, but last time I went, during the summer, they didn't serve any alcohol because they didn't have a license.
The overall complex will have juice., but not the individual rooms you can go to the greeting center for water, coffee, etc
