Shame this place has gone down hill. Been a patient since I moved here in 2013. Had 3 great doctors but the doctors keep leaving. Wonder why. Not for the first time, they called to cancel my appointment I had booked nearly 2 months prior and couldn’t even reschedule me. Said to try and call at the end of the month as (again) they have two new doctors coming on board. Called to check to see if their schedules where ready and was told that there wasn’t any new doctors coming, like which is it?? Told me they could book me end of September, I’m already 2 months past due on my appointment. Oh and the scheduling person was like your a new patient right? No I’ve been coming to your office for ten years! Dr Mary leaving was a sign it’s time to find a new office.

The most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in my life I don’t even know where to begin for starters they are constantly having to reschedule appointment and cancel last minute I had an infection and they didn’t feel the need to tell me or to prescribe any type of antibiotic until two weeks later they let me come all the way to the office just to tell me your appointment is canceled we tried to call you they did not try to call me on my most recent appointment they told me to do a urine sample and leave we are very busy today so I made sure with three separate people that I was good to leave they all said yes as soon as I get in my car and I am on my way home I get a phone call from a very irritated nurse saying that I was supposed to do bloodwork today and to come back which I refused and told them to schedule me for tomorrow tomorrow comes I walk in the office and they tell me they are too busy to attend to me today most recently I had an appointment 34 week check up I came down with the flu I called them left several messages severely sick waiting to see if I need to be medicated or maybe I need antibiotic maybe I should go to the ER? It’s been two days and I still have no response from nobody it’s like these people don’t even care about patients well-being concerns or time I am a first time mom so yes maybe I am more paranoid and concerned than people who have done this multiple times but isn’t that my providers job to address my concerns? Or at least have anybody get back to me let me know if I should come in to my appointment or go straight to the ER i’m so tired of being mistreated The constant miscommunication They make it seem like it’s the patients fault when they clearly don’t know how to schedule don’t have compassion and simply don’t care

I have been a patient here since 2018. Dr Valverde who is no longer there delivered my first son and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. This second pregnancy I returned to find that there are new providers there. Being the fact the I have returned for a repeat cesarean I was able to choose who I would like to perform my surgery. I initially was going to go with Dr Roman (who is very nice and has great bedside manner) but then the receptionist informed me to meet their newest provider. I scheduled my follow-up up with Dr. Jean Vel and instantly felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. Vel was very kind and so professional that even my husband was happy with him. Dr Vel performed my repeat cesarean and I have not had any complications and am healing quite nicely. I highly recommend him to everyone!

Friendly doctors. Average lack of interest in your pregnancy as most Adventhealth obgyns I’ve been too. I have been to Orlando and Altamonte Springs locations previous pregnancies. I’m a High Risk pregnancy. This place never answers the phone. And they have communication problems.

Questions & Answers

Why doesn’t anyone ever pick up the phone? How can you guys have high risk patients that can never get ahold of medical staff or even front desk, it’s so unprofessional. At this point I’m not even sure I want to deliver with this office

Always leave a message for the clinical team and they call back within an hour.

Do they accept walk ins?
