No, you must be a celebration resident. If you park there and you don't have the little celebration sticker, your car will be towed. I don't think you need a celebration id to get in though

No! Definitely not. Basically all facilities are for residents only. Park control makes the rounds to check for resident ID. My daughter visited from school once, I wasn't home. They made her life miserable because she didn't have an ID even though she'd been a resident for 16 yrs. My neighbor came to the rescue, brought his ID, they still made her leave the pool because my neighbor couldn't stay with her. Residents have to be present if their guests use a facility.
