Yes BUT they will request you leave it outside during busy times. It is VERY difficult to navigate the tight space in the dark with a stroller. The people in there with them were in the way and causing a lot of traffic jams.
I would suggest a body carrier. The areas are close in most cases. She may enjoy the experience more this way
