I had trouble purchasing tickets online a few months back. My phone kept freezing and I assumed my transaction had not went through. I recently found the email and was curious if they expire?

Hi, the tickets i bought from the cashier in sea life itself must be used within 30 days, not sure if online is different but if its the same then on the back of the ticket it does say void if not used within the 30 days from date purchased.

Melisa if the ticket has specific day it could be expired but if the date is open then you should be fine to use it anytime, I think that you have one year to use it. Call them just to make sure. 👍

I think they do not expire. You can call and explain to them what happened to make sure...
