As a previous employee and now as a customer, Ring power is definitely the way to go. Service response is top notch compared to the competition. Parts are readily available within reason. The only thing I could possibly think that can use improvement would be when a customer places several orders such as for different equipment to not put all parts in the same box.

It was a little disorganized when it came to handling what I was there for but I can't really blame it on them other than the fact that they delivered my equipment and told me somebody else picked it up..... but not not any different from any other large equipment corporation they only wasted my morning....

We always deal with Ring Power for our forklift repairs and these guys make sure our service call is answered within 24 hours of our request for service. The forklift is crucial to our business and they understand the importance. I have to say the Technician Nef Pagan is one of the most knowledgeable and trustworthy guys I have met. He knows his stuff, and is thorough in his explanation of repairs and is quick and hard working. Very satisfied with the service all the way around! Keep it up!!!!
