The tickets are cheaper online. Check places like Groupon, you might find them more cheap than other places, too. Once you nlbuy them, you need to print the ticket or voucher. If you don't have them with you, they may print it, but sometimes it takes an eternity for them to print them and it's not even in their counter, since they do not have a printer of their own. We didn't have them and had to go to the counter of Icon. That took us about 20mins.
