I have an old Kenmore sewing machine; it was good until it froze. I took the bobbin assembly apart and cleaned it but still the hand wheel is VERY stiff. The needle will move with it, but it's non-functional. Is the cost of repair prohibitive?

You should bring it to them its yard to get a quote for anything over the phone
