Very nice and friendly atmosphere. My vacuum cleaner was fixed and is working great. Definitely will refer to others for this type of service. I believe they also work on sewing machines. I am very pleased.

Linda was very helpful with information when I came in to get info about embroidery machines. I eventually purchased one from them about a year ago. No follow up after purchasing an expensive machine. A little more customer service would be a great touch.

My oreck vacuum had a loud rattle. I contacted the official oreck company to find out where i needed to take my oreck vac for repair and they referred me to a list of authorized shops. I chose to go to TOPS vacuum shop in Largo. I called them first and received great cust service over the phone. I brought my vac to TOPS and in a few short days, they called me to tell me my vac was fixed and ready to be picked up. my vac now works just fine!! Thank you TOPS for excellent customer service!

Hi, i think they will be able to do this but i would call first. They are a great company! Its has been a couple years since they fixed my oreck vacuum and it is still working very well. I highly recommend them. Hopefully they can repair your brand of vacuum.

Im not sure if they sale the backpack vacuums or not. I do know that they have several different kinds of vacuums though.
You probably want to give them a call first . they may be able to give you an idea of the cost.
