EDIT! I should have waited an additional 2 months before I posted my original review. I was so happy to find a Dry Cleaner that picked up & delivered that I quickly gave Sun Country Cleaners a 5 star review. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case! I sent 12 garments to Sun Country to be dry cleaned. You can imagine my shock when they were returned to me in a plastic bag, machine washed, dried, & folded. I was speechless. Of the 12 garments that I sent, 6 were brand new, having been worn only once on vacation, including a pair of white linen lined pants, 2 silk tank tops, a navy jersey maxi dress, & other vacation clothes that specially stated on the labels DO NOT TUMBLE DRY, if I had asked for them to be washed in the first place. All the clothes were clearly washed together as my white linen pants were gray, not white. Almost all the clothes shrank, every single piece lost its shine, luster, & life. Sun County blamed this mess on a “clerk error”. The receipt on the bag actually said, 7.3 lbs of T-Shirts! Sun Country wanted to pick up my clothes, dry clean them after having industrially washed & dried them. They have insisted this is their policy before they could address compensating me for the loss of my clothes & make it right. I entrusted hundreds of dollars of dry cleaning to Sun Country only to have them return them as a pile of worn out T-Shirts. We have moved on because we know we can’t be compensated fully. . Sadly, we threw everything out as we didn’t feel they were salvageable. I didn’t even want to donate them to the Sheriff’s Ranch. I cannot recommend Sun Country Cleaners to anyone.

I absolutely love how easy it is to do my dry cleaning now. They pick up and drop off…(they remind me they are in my area with a simple text that I just just reply yes to if needed). The delivery driver is the SWEETEST woman ever! And mistakes happen with dry cleaning equipment sometimes, but they have always corrected the situation asap. I will never trust anyone else with my clothes. Highly recommend them for not just the excellent dry cleaning, but the amazing customer service (so rare these days).

I use Sun Country for bi-weekly laundry; sheets and other bed linens They also wash and iron things like duvet covers beautifully. It is a pleasure to deal with their office staff. They are unfailingly polite, helpful and efficient. The delivery personnel are efficient and have never missed a pick up or drop off. Highly recommend this company.
