I don't even know where to start with Paul and Erica. They graciously squeezed us into their busy schedule due to a pet emergency in one of the bedrooms. The communication with Paul was outstanding. Something you don't see much of anymore these days. And the carpets!... Look brand new. All stains and odors removed. They look beautiful! Can't thank Paul and Erica enough.
