I went in very very sick. I did have to wait longer than I wanted even after making an appointment online. I don't have much patience but the staff was amazing after waiting..... longer than I wanted the staff I'd amazingly friendly caring quick and fast. Also the Dr. Is awesome as well. I give them 5 stars all day long. Me and my daughter were seen at the same time great bedside manners. I will definitely go back. Now maybe that's why they were busy because it's it's great facility with great staff.

Great Urgent Care! I was able to get an appointment for my son within 30 minutes of looking, filled out the paperwork before hand online. We were in the waiting room less than five minutes. The waiting room was very clean and the seating was spread out! After being called to the back, he was quickly triaged and in a room. They were very thorough. In and out in less than 3 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional. I recommend this place 100 times over!!

Google really needs to add a 0 star option. I had a reservation and was brought in pretty quickly. Once the nurse practitioner came to see me though issues began. She kept stating one of my issues was probably from when I fell. I did not fall and never said I fell but she kept centering my “treatment” around that. They had to collect more payment for an X-ray and came and did that quickly, got through the rest of the visit quickly and then said they were discharging me and had me wait in the room. It took them 1 hour to discharge me. There was a woman next door who had her visit and was discharged during that time and one other patient brought it. At one point I heard them shout across the clinic and ask if I was still there giving a very serious impression they forgot about me. It took them another 10 minutes after that for them to come give me my papers. At no point did anyone try to update me nor was there an apology for the wait for my papers which didn’t have any actual instructions other than “go to the ER if it gets worse” and to follow up in 3 days. I understand it can sometimes take a bit to get discharged but that was ridiculous.

Walked right in and was seen almost immediately on a Friday night. The front desk girl Kennie was so nice and even gave me a coupon for my next visit.. The nurse practioner Kelly was an absolute dream!! She explained everything so thoroughly and referred a primary care for me. Angela was a sweetheart and made me feel at home while taking my vitals and giving me a shot. Brooklyn was at the desk when I left and she was just as nice as the rest of them! This office really has a great team from what I can tell! I've been here a couple of times now and will continue to come back!!
