Yes so does siskiyou telephone actually a lifeline provider I've been told they are and I was told siskiyou telephone will help replace ur cell phone with a broken. Screen I'm not sure what's going on..

You would probably need to just call and ask about the lifeline. I dont know about fixing cell phones with broken screens seeing as they dont sell cell phones that I'm aware of. They deal with landlines and wifi services. I hope that helps a little bit.
