This has got to be the worse cable company ever. For the money they charge, their service is lousy. I'm sitting here watching TV, no storm outside, the moon is visible but I have no signal and it happens while I'm watching a good movie. I'm changing back to Satellite TV. This is totally ridiculous. I have the Fiber Optic Internet Connection and it's slow as molasses on a cold day going up hill. This company is a joke!!!

Worst ever that's why they lock in to a 2 yr contract regret ever subscribing. Definitely not worth the cost thinking about cancelling.

Updated review 2 years later :) Finally got high speed internet in my area.. The new fiber is fast but when they sent a install crew. The crew would not run a cable to my 2nd floor.. Said they needed a bucket truck but left me wore to install myself
