Smart IP also offers hardware VOIP (premise-based) systems and other hybrid solutions. We are a “solution” provider and can accommodate any scenario on the market.

Is training provided or do I have to watch online videos?

No, our services can fully replace your old phone and fax services. We’ll also work with you and the vendors supporting your credit card processing, postage meter, and alarm systems to make sure those devices are addressed and working properly during the transition.

Yes, remote employees can be equipped with a phone/cordless phone and smart phone mobile app. They can also operate solely on the mobile app. There is no limit on the number of remote employees.

Can I have voice for employees who don’t have a desk or need a phone?

Yes, a virtual mailbox can be set up to take messages and email voice mail audio attachments to your mobile employees. Mobile employees can also be equipped with a smart phone mobility app which also allows them to make calls and check messages.
