I came in to see if I needed to order parts to fix my trunk. 2.5 hrs later they only ran diagnostic tests on the car (which I didn’t want or ask for) and I left with nothing fixed. Just a page long list of things they think need fixed. I was told my car was in the car wash and I got it back and it wasn’t washed. Very disappointed in the upselling aspect. I won’t go back there again because they lost my trust.

We have bought 3 new cars there. They have excellent values and service, great coffee, free water and popcorn surely they will work out something with you. Never been disappointed with them and we lived an hour and a half away.
