I've had to put almost $1,000 in maintenance into the thing and now it's losing oil I've had it less than a year I am not happy I spent $12,000 on this car so far and they're telling me the only thing they can do is have me come in pay more money to have them figure out what's wrong with it since I didn't purchase a service contract which they never even offered they offered insurance for the maintenance discounted oil change rates which I purchased when I purchased the vehicle so I purchased outside insurance which may not even cover this these people are a real piece of work

Advertise a car on website, drive all the way over there cause no one will answer phone. To find out the car has not even been looked at or passed safety inspection to see if they can sell it

Horrible service. Have my wrangler in for extended warranty work. Made appointment for may 4th, told us that day what was wrong, and they were contacting warranty company. Full week later, no update… go in person and they have been (supposedly calling) warranty company. Come to find they called wrong company, even though we left policy paperwork on seat. Now 2 weeks later and another in person visit, “ we’re waiting to hear from warranty company”, I’ll know something Monday, now Wednesday and still know nothing. I call back, we’ll know after lunch, they’re sending out adjuster. Long story short, they never communicate, when we call they give us the run around, and over 2 weeks later, we still don’t know what(if anything) will be covered, let alone when it will be done.

I took my Dodge ram 2500 truck to have it looked at. I dropped off my truck along with the working intact keyfob. When I went to pick up the truck next day, the guy handed me a broken keyfob that was taped together. I asked him what happened to my keyfob. He told me that was how they recieved it. No, my keyfob wasn't cracked and taped back together. The guy proceeded to talk down to me and tell me he didn't believe I brought in a not damaged key fob. Nope it wasn't broken, I take care of my truck and it's accessories. I refused their service and took my business to the next mechanic. Still makes me mad to think about it. I wish I could give negative star reviews.
