No this park have other owner but you can bring you one hose. You need to speak with mangers in park office on the right side of entrance.
Fees go up..minimal snow removal..no pools allowed..pay for lawn service..cat's ok. Taxes cruel..easy on park owner
Yes
No rentals in this community. This is totally a community that owners reside in homes. Park policy does not allow owners to rent to others parties. Hope this helps you.
my rent is 647.00/month. not everyone has same lot rent. dont know the formula. water/sewer trash collection taxes depend on assessment of ur home. again, everyone has their own tax bill. hope this helps u
Do they rent at all for yeear or two or is it only owned trailers
Yes and you also pay property tax and school tax after all is said and done it's no cheaper then buying a house
No. Only if it's classified as a service animal. This place sucks because of the property manager Ed. He's an alcoholic and gives everyone a hard time about nonsense that isn't even in the park's guidelines. If I were you, I would not move in there.
I don't believe so there is one for sale I know of my grams it's five yrs old the park is clean and nice asking 85 or 75 for it all brand new everything
You can't park here. It's a mobile home community. Not a campground.
Yes it is very nice and friendly. There are many different nationalities living here everyone gets along with one another.
No this is not a trailer it is a double-wide Modular home only 3yrs old
They're no rentals here.
There is no HOA. That's why management gets away with all that they do. They enforce park rules for those that they don't like, but turns a blind eye to others.
I think you are allowed dog(s), but I'm not sure what the size limit is or breed. We have seen people walking small dogs, under 15lbs. I hope this info helps.
Should be talk to office in a.m.yes talk with the owner/ mgr.
