I have service near Sugarhouse. Interent goes out 2 to 3 times a day. It is impossible to get service. Centurylink is the worst broadband experience I have ever had.

My internet was down for over 2 weeks and "customer service" promised to waive my bill for the month as a result. They did not. When I attempted to cancel my service, they hang up on me every time I call.

Worst customer service ever, slow internet and horrible hours of operation. Decided to add a land line to an existing internet service on Friday. They said a technician will install it by the end of the day. Not only that we waited home and he didn't show up, they disconnected my internet because of a pending service. Called them and chatted with them 5 times over the weekend until finally they told me that the technicians and the sales department were open from 8 am eastern time on Monday. Monday came, and appeeantly their hours of operation are from 10 am eastern time. Now I have been on the phone for 80 minutes and have chatted with 4 different representatives, who told me to call the phone line because they cant help me.

On hold for 2 1/2 hours to cancel service. No one ever answered. Stay away from Century Link!!!! Horrible internet service! Our internet dropped so much it was pointless.

No you have to mail it. You can get pre paid postage mailed to you or e-mailed or you can look up a CenturyLink store and get the pre paid postage there.
